Admission Process 

1. Fill-up the enquiry form online / offline and register by paying the registration fee (Rs.500/-).
2. After Registration, collect the Admission form, school brochure and other documents from school office
3. Submit the filled-up form/s along with all the attachments as specified. Original documents will be verified at the school office at the time of admission.
4. During submission of the admission form, both the parents, local guardian (if any) along with the child to be admitted, need to remain present for personal interaction with the school authorities.
5. Once the selection is confirmed, admission is to be done by depositing the required fees and parents are required to do the signatures in the admission register. 
6. On receiving the payment, the admission would be confirmed and the admission number would be allotted.
7. Until all the requisite documents have been submitted by parents/guardians, the admission will stand provisional.

8. After the admission number is allotted, parents can collect the school uniform / books / shoes etc. on showing the fee receipt, on the dedicated day to be announced by the school. 

    

Admission Guidelines 

1. Admission is purely on first come first serve basis and depending on the vacant seat of the respective class.
2. The school authority reserves the right to cancel the registration / admission in case any information in the form is found to be incorrect.
3. The decision of the management committee (regarding admission of the child) shall always be final and binding.

Documents to be submitted ➖

1. Self attested photocopy of the birth certificate as issued by the Municipal Corporation or Panchayat. Original to be shown for verification during admission process
2. Self attested photocopy of the Aadhaar card of the student, both parents and local guardian (if any)
3. 3 latest coloured passport sized photographs of the student.
4. 1 copy of latest coloured passport sized photographs of both the parents individually
5. 1 copy of latest coloured passport sized photographs of the local guardian (if any)
6. Original transfer certificate from the last school attended (not mandatory for pre-primary)
7. Final report card / marksheet from the last class attended (not mandatory for pre-primary)

8. Self attested photocopy of caste certificate (if applicable)

    

Fee payment guidelines

1. The details of fee to be paid at the time of admission will be given to you in the school office.
2. The school fee covers 12 calendar months, which is to be paid Quarterly on or before the 10th day of April, July, October and January. After the due date the parents can remit the fees along with a late fee of Rs.25/- per month upto dae payment to be made to ensure the child is able to appear for the annual exam and gets promoted to the next class. 
3. The fees are non refundable under any circumstances, even though the child has not attended the school at the start of the session.
